Cantilever rack supplies users with versatile, rugged storage in the form of a freestanding storage rack that is able to handle excessive weight capacities. Heavy-duty horizontal arms extend outward from a powerful, single vertical column that is crafted with solid steel for superior rigidity. These strong racks include three main components: Uprights, arms and brace sets. Cantilever racks provide storage support for extra-large items such as furniture, steel bars, pipes, tubing, lumber and more. Cantilever rack provides an adjustable weight solution that is based on the total number of arms divided by the weight of the item being stored. These lateral arms can also be ordered in various lengths to increase your depth. For items that are oddly shaped, bulky or extremely heavy, the adaptable benefits of cantilever rack make it the perfect choice.
Using cantilever rack to manage your heaviest storage loads offers countless advantages when comparing it with standard pallet racks. First, it is much easier to use because its lack of a front column, which can get in the way of unloading and loading processes. As a result, handling time is reduced and the absence of the column frees up more horizontal space, making it more compact. Selectivity is also increased with this type of rack and access to loads or storage space is immediate.
This rack is considered more economical when used for longer length materials and items which would be require more standard racks for the same job. Ultimately, cantilever improves handling time and reduce costs and a high capacity for weight makes it one of the most versatile racking storage types.
