Sandy is the 6th largest city in the state of Utah and is located at the base of the Wasatch Mountains. The city was first settled in the 1860's and offers an attractive mix of urban development and surburban living among a majestic mountain landscape.
Strengthening City Operations
We worked along side of Sandy City officials to create additional space for one of their facilities. Sandy City was looking to expand their current warehouse without the high cost of new construction. We helped to resolve their challenge by building a steel mezzanine that would be installed over their pallet racking to give them more space at a fraction of the cost.

Mezzanine & Stairs
Our project for The City of Sandy required the installation of a free-standing mezzanine. We designed and built platform that could withstand 150 PSI for increased safety. The mezzanine was supported by extra wide columns for maintaining superior stability in the event of an earthquake. To access the platform, we installed a steel staircase with non-slip metal grating to ensure maximum traction.
