Steal Network a.k.a "Steals.com" is a thriving, Salt Lake-based e-commerce site that features weekly "steals" with various niches for women including baby, kids, scrapbooking and more.
Multiple Niches, One Manageable Shelving System
Steal Network was looking for a way to expand their storage capacity in order to support a fast-growing inventory, they required shelving that would keep their inventory organized since the company had several departments. When we first met with the Steal staff, the facility was completely overloaded and order picking was becoming a nightmare for the crew. With no real storage structure in place, the business needed to start at square one with a new shelving system and organization strategy.
Projects
We installed multiple rows of shelving that were designed to match the company's new storage capacity, it would be able to adapt to future needs as the company grows. The completed project required the installation of 8’ x 36” x 18’ tall bulk storage shelving units with adjustable shelves for easy modification as the inventory changed.
