Building Better Operations
Sunroc's growing clientele kept the company in search of bigger and better solutions to keep up with their production demands. Their new 50,000 square foot facility would require multiple material handling solutions to ensure that it would be ready to house their oversized construction products. The building would need to offer plenty of space for items like lumber, trusses, insulation, garage doors and other building products.
Projects
Cantilever Racking
In order to meet the high strength capacities Sunroc required to hold their large bundles of lumber and various other large inventory, we installed the specialized support of A-frame molding racks and cantilever racking.
Mezzanine
Sunroc designed and installed mezzanine for Sunroc that would offer them ample space to extend their current facility's square footage. The finished platform measured 24’ deep x 180’-220’ wide and was equipped with custom steel decking which created an additional 9000 sq ft space for the company to take advantage of.
