The Nuts & Bolts of Easy Expansion
EDSCO Fasteners needed us to take their empty warehouse and transform it into a habitable office environment that would fully utilize their space in the best way possible. We also needed to meet EDSCO's budget and looming deadline, so we decided to provide the company with a painless and adaptable, modular solution.

Modular Offices
We designed a layout that would fully maximize the floor space in EDSCO's building and created 6 new modular offices. These modular offices would also provide them with the ability to make construction-free modifications later down the road to meet the demand for additional office spaces.
Room to work without conventional construction
The completed modular office system gave Edsco a defined workplace inside its existing industrial footprint while keeping the surrounding operation usable. Panelized walls, doors and windows created a coordinated office environment, and the modular format gave the customer a cleaner path for future reconfiguration than fixed conventional construction.
The result supports both immediate occupancy and long-term flexibility. As staffing or workflow changes, the office layout can be evaluated and adapted without treating the original project as permanent building construction.
