High-capacity tire storage organized around warehouse access
This Interstate Tire project in Salt Lake City uses multi-level pallet rack to organize a large tire inventory while preserving clear travel paths through the warehouse. The rack structure places product vertically instead of allowing stacks to consume the working floor, creating defined storage positions for different tire sizes and quantities.
Open rack bays keep inventory visible and accessible, while integrated stairs and elevated storage levels help the operation use the building height efficiently. The layout supports replenishment and picking without separating reserve inventory from the active warehouse operation.
The completed system provides substantial storage capacity inside the existing footprint. Clear aisles, organized rack locations and multiple access points give the team a more practical way to manage changing tire inventory and daily order activity.
