Jaybird is a consumer electronics company that specializes in high-performance head sets and ear buds. The company is based in Salt Lake City, Utah and was founded in 2006, they quickly became a top 5 selling headphone company along the side of Beats, Bose, Sennheiser and Sony.
High-Tech Racking Solutions
While we might not be as tech-savvy as the crew at Jaybird—but we do know our pallet rack, which is why one of the leading earbud companies came to us for improving their inventory control. Jaybird's growing popularity in the ear bud market had their products flying off the shelves and needed a way to store a surplus of inventory. The pallets would need to be quickly accessed with an easy to maintain structure that was prepared for their growth.

Pallet Rack
We helped design an advanced pallet rack system that would be able to match the superior performance of Jaybird's must-have headphones. This new racking system was designed to hold bulk products with a racking that was configured to manage 5 deep pallet flow, 15 pallets and would offer 150 pallet positions for versatile storage that would adapt to their long-term needs.
